SSMC adds Taylor Mitchell to its ProTECH team in South Dakota

Select Sires Member Cooperative (SSMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Taylor Mitchell to the SSMC team. She serves dairy producers in Watertown, S.D., and the surrounding area as a Professional A.I. Technician. As a member of the ProTECH team, she works with other SSMC team members including Account Manager Greg Miller, Area Sales Manager Noah Randall, as well as Dairy Program Specialist Kendra VanDerostyne to partner with member-owners to meet their daily reproductive goals.

Taylor has worked as a reproductive technician for the past three years in Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota. Prior to that, she cared for livestock at Swanson Farms in South Dakota.

“In my new role with SSMC, I am most excited to join the team and look forward to growing both professionally and personally alongside the cooperative,” shared Taylor.

“We are super excited to welcome Taylor to the team. We know she is going to provide excellent service for our member-owners with her experience in the dairy industry. She demonstrates great technical skills with an extremely positive attitude that producers in South Dakota will truly enjoy,” commented Colten Carlson, Key Account Manager for SSMC.

Taylor was active in FFA throughout high school competing in various speaking and career development events. When Taylor is not out serving our member-owners, she enjoys the outdoors – especially enjoys tractor pulling – and contributing her time to volunteer organizations.
