SSMC adds Dylan Brantner to its ProTECH team

Select Sires Member Cooperative (SSMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Brantner to the SSMC team. He serves dairy producers in western Pennsylvania as a Professional A.I. Technician as part of the ProTECH team. In his relief role, Dylan works with other ProTECH technicians to meet the daily reproductive goals of each producer.

Dylan started his career as an A.I. technician in Lancaster, Penn. He held that role for two years before purchasing a herd of cows and dairy farming full-time with his wife. They recently had a sale and relocated to Butler County, their original home county.

“In my role, I am looking forward to working with cows and the people that care for them on a daily basis,” shared Dylan.

“It is always satisfying to add another great cow person to the SSMC team,” remarked Chris Lahmers, Area 3 Business Director. “Dylan has past experience as an A.I. technician and his producers will appreciate his work ethic and dairy knowledge.”

Dylan and his wife have two young children and in their free time enjoy attending shows and exhibiting cattle.
