SSMC adds Amber Eide to its ProTECH team

Select Sires Member Cooperative (SSMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Amber Eide to the SSMC team. She serves dairy producers in Minnesota’s Houston County and surrounding areas as a Professional A.I. Technician as part of the ProTECH team. In her role, Amber works with member-owners to meet their daily reproductive goals.

Upon graduation from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2022, she began employment with the Select Sires federation of cooperatives, serving member-owners in Minnesota. Amber later transitioned to Purina Mills and worked as a Livestock Production Specialist before returning to the A.I. industry.

“In my new role with SSMC, I am most excited about working with all of the different herds and being a valuable team member to each operation’s success,” shared Amber.

 “Amber has a proven track record of successfully supporting our customer’s needs from her previous time working with us. We’re very excited to bring her technical skill, attention to detail, drive for success, and positive attitude to our customers in southeast Minnesota,” commented Jordan Pahl, SSMC Area Sales Manager.

Whenever Amber is not out serving our member-owners, she enjoys the outdoors. She spends her free time hunting, trapping, and spending time with her dogs.
