Carlos Jimenez Joins SSMC to Advance CowManager® Across California
Select Sires Member Cooperative (SSMC) welcomes Carlos Jimenez as a CowManager Sales Acceleration Manager (SAM) in California. In this role, Carlos will ensure the development and delivery of CowManager systems for SSMC customers in California. He will work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships between SSMC, CowManager, and herd owners.
Carlos is an animal production engineer with a master's degree in Advanced Animal Nutrition and an MBA in Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation. He has worked across North, Central, and South America in business leadership roles within the livestock industry. For over twenty years and in over twenty countries, Carlos has helped producers improve profitability through nutrition, health, reproduction, and precision livestock technologies in the dairy and swine industries.
Most recently, Carlos worked in California helping dairy producers optimize herd health and performance through technology-based solutions. “Joining Select Sires Member Cooperative and supporting the growth of CowManager is an exciting opportunity to continue serving dairy producers with innovative tools that deliver measurable value,” Carlos stated.

Outside of work, Carlos’ greatest joy is spending time with his wife and two children. He believes continuous learning and serving others are essential to his growth in life, which drives him to mentor young individuals and stay current with advances in animal agriculture. Carlos also enjoys traveling and watching his children compete in sports and pursue their academic goals.
